know now that this is called a “Cilantro Aversion”. Its all in the DNA. Those of us with a cilantro aversion are hypersensative to the gases cilantro emits which makes it taste like soap. I didnt have any cilantro at home, so I took a quick ride to the grocery store and took some pics of the grocery store’s cilantro for this assignment.
